AI/ML Engineer - Sentiment Analysis
Location & Benefits

What You'll Do
- •Design and implement advanced sentiment analysis models for crypto-related social media content
- •Develop and optimize AI algorithms to detect early warning signs of platform risks
- •Create robust data processing pipelines for real-time social media monitoring
- •Fine-tune models based on historical crypto platform collapse data
- •Collaborate with the team to improve alert accuracy and reduce false positives
Requirements
- •Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- •Expertise in NLP and sentiment analysis techniques
- •Experience with social media APIs and large-scale data processing
- •Understanding of crypto markets and common platform risks
- •Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Head of Marketing

What You'll Do
- •Define and execute growth marketing strategies targeting crypto investors with $50k in assets
- •Create and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Twitter, and crypto-specific platforms
- •Manage SEO strategy and content marketing to establish SwanWatch as a thought leader
- •Write compelling content including blog posts, landing pages, and email campaigns
- •Build and optimize conversion funnels to improve trial-to-paid conversion rates
Requirements
- •3+ years experience in growth marketing for B2C SaaS products
- •Strong track record in paid acquisition and funnel optimization
- •Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- •Excellent copywriting skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- •Understanding of crypto markets and investor psychology
